The staff was disrespectful and rude. The doctor did not seem to have read the questionnaire that Novant sent prior to my appointment. I have never been able to get a sick appointment and was always referred to Urgent Care or Walgreens. I will be seeing my husband’s practice (an Atrium practice) in the future. He has no trouble getting sick appointments and the entire staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm happy to have Dr. Dorton as my primary care provider.

This staff is always pleasant and more than willing to answer questions that I have. They make me feel at home and less nervous than some doctor's offices that I have visited in the past.
