I went in for a needed Covid test. I hated having to go into the office, possibly exposing those that worked there and other patients. Everyone I encountered was beyond gracious, knowledgeable, and professional.

Courtney Hughes is great. Very personable, always listens… Lives in the real day-to-day world. I believe Dr Bilska is my pcp, (who is also very nice, but she is perhaps dealing with more critical medical issues than I have been fortunate enough not to require her expertise on, as appointments with her are booked much further out. I’m glad I can see Courtney sooner for an immediate problem that might crop up. Very happy with Novant overall.

I was disappointed that the doctor was so quick to dismiss my recent experiences. No one explained the new process in the lab. The tech was, "Well, this one time I can go ahead and do your labs..."
