I absolutely love coming to see Alexis she actually listens to my issues for once. I feel less like just another appointment. The environment feels more personable & relaxing compared to the various other appointments I've been in. I've ran into several issues with insurance & my medications but she has quickly resolved them. As much as I hate going to the Dr. I look forward to these appointments. Shockingly.

Very happy with the provider, I will continue to see her. I felt very comfortable and Not Rushed! I feel as though she cared about me and will look out for my best interest as her patient!

Disappointed it would take another 30 days to get an EEG test as requested by my provider. Had a very powerful and scarey "Sincopal Episode" within 28 hours of my exam while traveling out of town which did not involve any type of movement, duress or stress.

Alexis Lapinsky has been wonderful with mom. She went above and beyond addressing other health problems mom has been experiencing. She has acted on these concerns giving mom faith and trust in her. Thank you Alexis!

I like how the ladies were utilizing their time to welcome the new woman who just arrived to the office and were treating her as family to the office!! I also loved how when scheduling my next appointment the woman was nonjudgmental and it ended with an office prayer!! God is great and you never know who you are being honest with!! This was my first time seeing this provider and I was assigned to her since my doctor has retired. When I went to schedule my next appointment I was instructed she was taking over his patients. It would be nice to have options and get paired with a physician who had more experience implementing Botox.
