It was the best doctors visit I have ever been too

I feel we accomplished a lot in term of putting things in order to progress with the problems I'm facing with my health.

It was great! Kirstin took amazing care of me. She addressed all my concerns.

It was very refreshing to not feel rushed and to be heard! Very pleasant experience under the circumstances!

I would like to formally recognize Kristin Sheppardson PA-C. She knew there was something medically wrong with me and sent me to the emergency room. After a ton of bloodwork and a CT Scan it was discovered I have a blood clot in my lung. Had it not been for Kristin’s insistence that I go to the hospital I could have died. I am eternally grateful to her.

First time as a patient. Well satisfied with the care I received.

Dr. Shepperson is amazing! She was able to do more for me in getting my condition under control in a single visit than some doctors I’ve seen for years. The staff is awesome as well!

Great visit! Very thorough and listened to my concerns. My only suggestion would be that when lab work is done for the physician to comment/explain final results very briefly in patient friendly terms. I was able to view my results and think I figured them out.

The doc I saw just wasn’t very informative about causes of my problems.

I was seen at an appropriate time related to my appointment. Did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered .

I appreciate how a person checked in on me to relay the information my doctor had posted in mychart. She asked if I had any questions and helped to get my prescription filled. This attention to patients is personal.

Kirsten is a terrific PA

This was a new doctor for me, and I was a little nervous cause I'm used to the only one I've had. But she was genuinely caring and really helped me. Made me feel supported, and helped with issues I've been having.

I felt she took this in hand and got me the treatment I needed to get to feeling better.

Only way it could have been better would have been if my cholesterol numbers were lower.

Everyone person, from the receptionist to the doctor, was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking care.

Dr Shepperson was very professional and made me feel very comfortable during my first visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns and I left feeling appreciative of the time she spent with me.

I went in because of headaches and some dizziness. Kirstin could have passed it off as vertigo, but instead due to some family history, she ordered an immediate MRI. Found out I had had a stroke at some point. Very great full for the fast action.

The doctor I had before retired and she was great,so I was nervous about meeting my new doctor. Once I met Kirsten, I was so amazed and I felt so comfortable. She's wonderful and I'm sure glad she's over my care!!!!

Extremely concerned staff

I never like going to the doctor, Kirsten made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my visit. She took a lot of my anxiety away. Everyone was kind and very courteous. Kirsten took out time to answer all my questions and concerns..and provide me with great ideas of products I could try. I was also in and out quickly.
