I would like to formally recognize Kristin Sheppardson PA-C. She knew there was something medically wrong with me and sent me to the emergency room. After a ton of bloodwork and a CT Scan it was discovered I have a blood clot in my lung. Had it not been for Kristin’s insistence that I go to the hospital I could have died. I am eternally grateful to her.

Great visit! Very thorough and listened to my concerns. My only suggestion would be that when lab work is done for the physician to comment/explain final results very briefly in patient friendly terms. I was able to view my results and think I figured them out.

This was a new doctor for me, and I was a little nervous cause I'm used to the only one I've had. But she was genuinely caring and really helped me. Made me feel supported, and helped with issues I've been having.

I felt she took this in hand and got me the treatment I needed to get to feeling better.

Only way it could have been better would have been if my cholesterol numbers were lower.
