I was looking for a new doctor as I had recently moved to Charlotte. I had recommendations to try Novant health. I was really comfortable with the PA, Vidya. She listened to me and I feel comfortable that she will give me the guidance I will need in the coming years.

Staff was friendly the office is clean and many staff and they see you very fast . Will recommend this doctor office. Will continue coming here for my care and for my family.

I was treated in a personable, businesslike and professional manner. I am grateful for the care I received.

The visit was a hospital follow up. The hospital had changed the omeprazole I was taking to esomeprazole, and I needed a prescription. My sister was assured the prescription was called in but it wasn’t. She called Novant, spoke to Ben and was told to go to the Urgent Care on Saturday. We did and a message was sent to Dr. DeSena. It is now 7:40pm, and we have not heard anything. My wife died suddenly last Monday, and my sister wanted to start the trip to take me to Connecticut on Sunday. We won’t be able to leave now.
