Everyone at this facility is courteous and amicable. Dr Ginn is a treasure. She makes me feel very comfortable and safe.

I was impressed from the time I walked up to the Receptionist who quickly checked me in and directed me to the waiting area. Next, I saw the Nurse who asked me questions, took my blood pressure and temperature. Then the doctor saw me. She asked if I had questions? I did and she answered them as she reviewed my chart. After that I was directed to area to have my blood drawn. Everyone was polite and professional.

Both the nurse and dr made frequent eye contact with me instead of focusing on the computer- I appreciated this! They also listened when I said I wasn’t comfortable with a certain exam and worked to find a different method that worked for me. Rather than focus on my weight, they cared about my other issues. I really appreciate that, not many doctors do that anymore.
