Staff at Novant Infection Disease is superior

Appt was on time, didn’t have to wait.

This one of the easiest office visit’s I have had since my surgery. Also I am never rushed out of the office. All my questions are answered all the time. Great group of dr.

The nurse was very polite, and made all of us feel Welcome, and Invited.

My Dr. Was very nice ,he answered all my questions and I was told if you can think of any questions when you leave call the office.

Dr. Silwal is such an amazing doctor. He listens carefully to my questions and cares about me as a patient. An A++++ doctor

I had to bring my Dad for his follow up. The staff and Dr was very patient with him and allowed us to come in back door and leave that way so Dad didn’t have to walk as far. Best experience we have had so far since his sickness with Doctors and getting answers

Dr Silwal appears to be an excellent Dr. He was very with good with my Dad. He was kind, knowledgeable & he recalled visiting my Dad in the hospital over a month ago. I would definitely recommend him.

The staff from the front desk to the exit of the office when the visit was over everyone was very courteous, and very helpful. They even went out of their way to make sure that we would know where we needed to go at the hospital and how to make that work.

The provider answered all of my questions and fears concerning my condition and formulated a solution that best met my needs in resolving the issues. I left his office much more sure that I would have a solution for a long term plan in fighting my illness and overcoming my disability. My wife and I are quite happy that we went through the extra effort in finding the right doctor to help us in our case.

The assistant who took my vitals and administerd my vaccinations was delightful and made the visit most enjoyable as did the Doctor who was also cheerful and most helpful. They both made my visit a pleasure.
