Dr. Steve Frantz was not in a hurry. He took the time to discuss options and explain the most viable choice. He also explained recovery procedures. He is always respectful and personable. His staff is always respectful and personable. His staff worked hard to reschedule an appointment that had to be canceled during Hurricane Helene. I am very satisfied with Dr. Steve and his team.

I was impressed by the bedside manner of all, the quickness to be seen, the accommodations due to my tardiness, the willingness to listen and explain, and especially the how swiftly treatment options are made available. I wish this type of treatment was located in my area.

Dr Franz and his nurse were amazing! Even though my issue was with the spine and not the knee, they worked to get my radiologist report (not in Novant) while I was in the exam room and shared it with me and what it meant. They were both so kind, actively listened to what I was saying and gave me great care! I would 100/100 definitely recommend them to anyone.

The entire staff at Orthopedic office have been so supportive during my follow up appointments after my rotator cuff surgery and my challenges with my recovery.

I appreciate the courtesy I appreciate not waiting so long in the waiting room. I appreciate from the time I will put in the room. It wasn’t too long before the first nurse you know came in so the only thing I can say is just keep up the courtesy, the smile on your face and making the patient feel like the other most important person even though they might have problems at home it just seems like they take their time to cater to us, the patient at least they did it to me and for me that’s it until next visit

The entire staff was very friendly. I did not have to wait at all for my appointment (in fact they took me a few minutes early), I was seen promptly by my provider, and a plan of care was described and initiated immediatley. I was very impressed and pleased. I could not have asked for the visit to go better.
