I don't see any improvement needed. Dr. Walls is just THE BEST! He's a really wonderful, kind person and he's done a great job keeping me alive and healthy as possible over many years. In my opinion he's an exceptionally excellent doctor. I wouldn't trade him for all the doctors in the area. All the staff are very kind, helpful and efficient in what they do.

The expediency of getting thru to speak directly to a person is “very time consuming”. Extremely long wait times.
