My visit with Dr. Boles continues to be a positive experience. He continues to listen to my concerns. As busy as doctors are he never rushes the appointment. Which is greatly appreciated.

Dr. Boles is an incredible physician. My son and daughter-in-law were with me and he answered all the questions we had about my recent brain MRI. My daughter-in-law also sent a lot of background information such as my issues with hearing, and my MARS memory assessment. He actually read them and came in with open into questions about them. his conversation with my family was calm, the tone was at a level that I could hear it, and he was not in a hurry at all. I will highly recommend him as will my family to anyone who needs the services of a neurologist.

Dr Boles and his MA Stephanie are very caring and knowledgeable. I wouldn?t pick another neurologist. I do wish however that they would collect the copays at the visit rather then the patient trying to remember what?s been paid or not.

The dr was very friendly answered all my questions. This was a little more the routine as I was getting test results from 24hr eeg. I was nervous and the results were not what I expected. The Dr. explained all that he could answered the questions we had, gave us paperwork for any help we needed in the future. Dr. Boles was extremely kind in this and I thank him

Dr Boles is the most caring Doctor that I have dealt with and I have a lot of specialists..he is very smart and does not rush you out of the room...he never says I have to go to my next patient.

As this was our first new patient appointment, we were super impressed with Dr Bowls. He did a great job taking the time to hear previous treatments, listening to our current concerns and mapping out a plan of treatment that felt like he took all of that information in to make a realistic treatment plan. We are pleased with the plan and look forward to the next part of the team reaching out to schedule the next test that he felt is needed to have an accurate picture of what's going on with me.

My appointment with Dr. Boles is always 100%. He is a fantastic person and Doctor. His nurse Stephanie is Fabulous as well! The new receptionist people are having a bit of a problem it seems calling me by my preferred name and making new appointments , and filling with two insurances. Before Novant came on board and these people were hired these issues were never a problem. I hope with some small training these things can be ironed out due to the fact they are happening at all my providers not just one. The wait time is at all the offices as well. This is something completely new. All my Doctors are amazing. I’m just not so sure about the big business that has taken over?

First the receptions was great. Welcome us to the clinic. The nurse was exceptional nice and seemed genuine in her care. Dr. Boles was exceptional. He took the time to ask me questions and really listened to my answers. The examination was very through with follow up questions. He was not in a hurry and made sure me, my wife understood what he recommended. In other words he was very professional. Dr. Boles is a dying breed, you just don't meet doctor's like him. And I have seem many doctors in my 86 years. The check out young lady was very efficient and made sure we knew when our next appointment would be. Thank you Dr.W. Boles and staff. Before I even saw the Doctor, his associate had called me ahead of time to get some information on what medication I was taking. While explaining them to her I told her that in the end of March that a Medication for my Migraines had ran out and I was going thru withdraws since that time. Also my my migraines were very bad. She got ahold of the Dr. I was going to see told him of what was going on who went ahead and scheduled the medication so I wouldn't be in so much pain when I saw him. I was very happy and impressed with him when I meet him....
