Dr Amber Hairford is a very good doctor and she listens to my concerns. She is very caring and she takes good care of my medical needs. Her Nurses are also good and always pleasant.

Dr Amber is wonderful. She is so easy to talk to. She listens & cares. We love her. We totally trust her expertise. Both me& my spouse always come together. She always makes us both feel we're in safe caring hands doing her best to help us keep our health in check. 10 gold stars for her. She is a total asset to novant & all her patients.

Dr. Hairford has been my primary doctor for several years. She always listens to my concerns and includes me in a plan of care. I appreciate that I can message her with questions and concerns and she replies promptly. It's not always possible to see her, but I can always see someone from her team within a day or two. However, if I want to schedule a visit with her, I must wait until the first of each month for her calendar to open up. I don't like that routine appoints cannot be scheduled in advance.

My doctor is amazing. The facility itself is very hard to get an appointment with. Not enough providers for the patient population

Great doctor

Visit with Dr. Hairford was great. Had some misunderstanding about a x-ray that was really scary. However, things turned out ok. I have arthritis in my neck.
