The doctor and her staff were great!

My rating was based on one time visit which was first time visit. Overall I was pleased.

All the personnel involved in the annual visit were caring and respectful.

Dr Potti listens and gives great advice. When Dr Thomas Abbott retired I was hesitant to see a new Physician, but Dr Potti eased any concerns I might have initially had. And the caring way she scheduled tests and x-rays with prompt results for my current health issues sure does give me every confidence that she is the Doctor for my remaining senior years. She listens!!

Dr. Potti is not only professional but also personable. She is patient and caring and has a great sense of humor.

I had been seeing Dr. Abbott for many years, and was happy for him to be able to retire, but I admit I was not excited about seeing someone else, but I was in for a Pleasant surprise.
