I used the Orthopedic section before with a very good and personable Doctor. I was not disappointed this time either!! I received attention to detail, good "bedside" manner along with a understanding and gentle Doctor. Novant continues to get the best and service this community with caring and understanding through their selections. Been in this area for 11 years and under Novant care for 10 years. Please know, I am not looking for or want another healthcare agency caring for me.

It was a very nice experience. The reason I didn't give full marks on some of the questions is just because that was first time with Dr. Moore. He was a very pleasant person and I scheduled a follow up visit in 7 weeks.

Ever since I've had my hip surgery I've met many many people that Dr Moore had operated on and they had nothing but good things to say about him and about the office staff I'm only 3 months out from my hip replacement surgery and I'm doing great and people cannot believe how good my recovery is coming I told him I had a good doctor also I told him I talked to my doctor first which is God and I knew that everything was going to be all right.

Person who led me to the exam room couldn’t wait to finish her job she didn’t speak clearly an I had trouble hearing her Dr I saw was not an ankle specialist and could not give me the information I wanted. They suggested that I schedule a follow up appt with an ankle specialist Felt like this appt was a waste of time and money

Dr Slade Moore listens, explains, engages with me as a person and we have a great rapport… I have total respect and confidence in him as my orthopedist.. I had many choices in Ortho Drs but he came so highly recommended by multiple friends and I know why.. I never wait to be seen at my appointed time and all the staff are friendly and welcoming… love this practice !!!

This visit may have been a record for brevity, as It took less than 10 minutes to complete. Dr. Moore was excellent! I have no pain in the affected hip since.

Dr excellent. Staff very good. Nurse, aides, etc. on floor... either short staffed, or poor supervisor.

Dr. Moore seems very knowledgeable about his field of study. He explains things so you can understand what is wrong and what can be done. He's very personable. Everyone from the front desk, nurse,and X-ray tech were extremely helpful. If you have to go to the doctor, it's a great place to go.

I like Novant doctors and staff. Everyone’s friendly and helpful. Dr. Moore is a wonderful Dr and I would definitely use him again if I needed surgery.
