Dr. Bazemore was great. I’m very thorough. I am a bit concerned about the nurse that did the intake either she was having a bad day or I must’ve done something to aggravate her. She was short and seemed to have difficulty with my heart of hearing that hard of hearing, she was very thorough and efficient so it was more her manner than I am concerned about

Calling to reach the clinic/facility is painful; you are inevitably put on hold for very lengthy periods of time(15-30minutes) to talk to someone; and this is a regular occurrence and it does not matter what time you call; one time I tried the system to give me a call back later and that never happened. Hence reaching the clinic is very difficult!

Very impressed, patient-centric approach, treating the entire person not just a symptom. Dr. B. is stellar and the MCOT Device tech is an excellent educator.

I was treated like they really are Going to help me with my problems, I feel like they are the Best group ever.
