Because my provider listened to me and noted elevated temperature and blood pressure, she suggested I take a COVID test (which turned out to be positive). She immediately prescribed medication. I was really sick the first 3 days but am doing better now. Quick thinking on her part.

This was my first time visiting Samantha Ziegler and I can't say enough good things about her. She took the time to listen and come up with a plan to solve my issues and she was extremely easy to talk to. Very pleased.

The whole experience was wonderful. Samantha was very friendly and thorough. The lab was exceptionally helpful. I hate needles and got nauseous when I had my blood drawn. The lab techs gave me crackers and a coke to help my nausea. They even gave me a cold pack for my neck. I really felt like a family member in the office. Well done Novant, well done.

I have always felt "heard" at this practice. It was recommended to me when my primary physician retired - and I have recommended it to others, based on my experience. I could not be more pleased - a practical, relevant, informative and non- judgemental approach to healthcare.

She asks questions, answers mine, takes excellent notes and gets back to me for any blood work or other tests that I have done. She even let me know that it was time for my tetanus shot and took care of all the things that she knew was time to take care of… She is great with any referrals that I need and refills for my medications
