The lab techs gave me crackers and a coke to help my nausea. They even gave me a cold pack for my neck. I really felt like a family member in the office. Well done Novant, well done.

She even let me know that it was time for my tetanus shot and took care of all the things that she knew was time to take care of… She is great with any referrals that I need and refills for my medications
