This appointment was one of the most perfect in every way.The Doctor that I saw was nothing but outstanding. One of the most down to earth and knowledgeable young lady . Explained my issues and correction plan .Honestly I couldn't Thank her enough !!

Chere, was so helpful. She listened to all of my concerns and offered information and ways to help. I was so pleased with her willingness to really listen and understand how concerned that I was. I felt very at ease with her and really felt that she cared. I am very thankful that the office was able to get me in to see her so quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this Novant office! They are always so helpful and accommodating.

90% of the time i can get an appt same day or next, everyone is always curteous, pleasan and attentive and I am seen within minutes of my appt time. I very rarely have wait long to be seen. Check in desk sometimes is backed up but I can check in on line very easily.

I was not happy to have to come back next day to give more blood, when they could have done it all in day!

Everything was great except for the bloodwork area. I informed the particular person I got that I am very hard to draw blood from and I would appreciate that I only get poked once if at all possible. I ended up having to be poked in the hand and didn’t feel heard or sympathized with at all.

Dr. Graham is great. She really listens.

Ms Graham was organized, asked good questions, and answered all my questions. Ms Quinn in the laboratory was very professional yet personable. I had an excellent first experience as I begin my "Medicare life."
