Dr. Brown made my experience at Novant Harrisburg. He is the best.

I appreciate Dr Brown looking at every concern for which this appointment was made. And on that particular day I was not feeling very well at all. He directed his attention to those issues as well. It was a long wait for my scheduled time, but the wait was worth it. Later, when looking online at “My Chart,” the specifics for the appointment and referral follow-ups were easy to read. I am glad I followed through on a recommendation to his office.

And please be advised that I have been a patient of Dr. Brown’s since September 2020. Over the course of approximately 40+ years, I have experienced the medical care of many physicians and their office and health care teams. Many of them delivered great care, but few provided me with the “exemplary” patient care that I receive “consistently” with Dr. Brown and his “Healthcare and Administrative Teams” at their Harrisburg, North Carolina office. And I must further state that I received similar experiences, when I engaged in telephone inquiries or requests of his Kannapolis, NC office teams as well. An hour and forty-five minutes wait time from scheduled appointment and actually seeing the doctor was not good. My time is important also.

As a patient I know his worth when he was out due to an illness it equated to the shut down during Covid . The Bible says where much is given much is expected.
