It was a long wait for my scheduled time, but the wait was worth it. Later, when looking online at “My Chart,” the specifics for the appointment and referral follow-ups were easy to read. An hour and forty-five minutes wait time from scheduled appointment and actually seeing the doctor was not good. My time is important also.
