Dr. Pizzola Was excellent. He was prepared for my first office visit. He answered every question, then explained the treatment plan in detail going forward. I left the Zimmer Institute inspired. The staff was also great to talk with.

As always kind, courteous, helpful, staff, in a clean environment. Staff are willing to help if needed, very comforting as a patient.

Julia greeted me warmly when she took me back. She completed my check in and wished me well. She is very efficient and a pleasure to see at my appointments. Dr. Pizzola is very thorough. He noticed my swollen ankle and ordered an ultrasound. We have had numerous discussions about my anemia. I trust him completely and will do whatever he advises. I feel he really cares about me and he listens to me. I am grateful to him for taking care of me.

Dr Pizzola was wonderful. Listen to my concerns and we made a plan of treatment I am very satisfied with.

No Problems. All my questions were answered.

My mom has early onset dementia and needs a wheelchair. When we arrived at the door, the staff was so great in helping me to get her checked in. The nurse taking her vitals was so nice to her. Dr. Pizzola was so great in explaining her lab work results and listening to both of us. He understood the difficulty of me getting her to early appts and made certain we had one that would fit with her "new life" schedule. Having a physician that treats the patient and the caretaker is such a blessing.

As always my experience at Zimmer Cancer Center was excellent. All staff from techs , nurses and Provider treat everyone with respect and professionalism. Despite the circumstances of having to receive treatment for Cancer this is by far a top notch facility with top notch staff.
