Dr. Tighe has always listened carefully to any concern I may have at my visits or when I message him if I have questions in between visits and does all he can to guide me in the right direction. He never tries to rush you out the door, doesn’t dismiss your concerns or make you feel like “just another number”. His level of compassion and genuine care for his patients are traits that have become so lost in our medical arena and I am very thankful to have at least one Provider like him in my corner. The medical community needs to allow their Providers more time to spend with their patients so they can all practice what they love.

Dr. Tighe, the nursing staff, and the front desk staff are all wonderful. My son is comfortable talking with his doctor, and I’m grateful for the time he spends with us at each visit.

The staff at Novant was quick to follow up and post my test results on the web portal. Also they were proactive in referring my issues to another medical specialist for further treatment.

Satisfied with this office.

In this visit Dr. Tighe did not seem too interested in the bump on the back of my head after a fall 48 hours before the visit. He suspected a concussion but didn’t suggest a MRI although I already have a diagnosed brain disease.

Dr Tighe is an exemplary, skilled and diligent MD. He is kind and listens carefully. My personal health issues are complicated and he is always looking to find answers. He explains details about my health and is quick to research a bit to see what the next steps should be, including referrals if needed. Unfortunately the support staff makes frequent errors resulting in delayed referrals, incomplete or incorrect paperwork and input into health data. They seem to enjoy working together and the camaraderie is evident. Sometimes this may be a distraction from the need for accuracy, professional ambience and expedience in patient’s care.
