My visit on 8/28 was very upsetting, unbelievable, unprofessional. The nurses, techs, medical assistants were all very friendly & kind like they always are since I’ve been a patient there. Dr Horan on the other hand treated me very poorly, disrespectful and very,very unprofessional. I was very upset when I left that visit on Wednesday. I will not be returning to his office. I am currently looking for another Dr.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful it feels like family. I actually enjoy my time there and the services are rendered extremely promptly from checkin to checkout and everything in between. Dr. Horan is super down to earth and I trust him completely with my care and respect his judgment and advice. Overall, between him and all the rest of the staff this is the best doctors office I have ever been associated with. I’m 66 years old and I have had multiple doctors in several different cities and states. Looking forward to my next visit. But wait - there’s more! - the response times to messages sent to the doctor via the app are very timely and they always follow up to let me know the status of my inquiry until completely resolved. Really can’t say enough about everyone there.

Dr Horan took time to not only give me my yearly check up but answered numerous questions I had about my odd issues. He expedited meds for me that I had run out of. He always goes above and beyond to make me feel cared for.

Dr Horan was very helpful and I appreciated his time!! Virtual meetings are a good idea for the patient and the doctors.

Has a retired aerospace propulsion technician, I have an eye to identify someone that is excellent or adequate in there field. I have determined Dr. Horan to be exceptionally gifted in relating to me and outstanding in preventative care and diagnosing my issues, developing a treatment plan, for continued good health.

My doctor and the staff had given me the best experience I've ever received at primary care doctors office. They go above and beyond every single person from the front desk, my nurse, ny doctor, my lab and everyone in the lab all the way to the ladies you checkout with to pay. Always have had a great experience from beginning to end. They make me feel extremely comfortable and heard the whole team and staff is exceptional.
