Ultra Sound Tech Nicole was a Truly Competent & and Highly Skilled!! Extremely Exceptional Testing Procedure!! Explained every Question. I knew I was in Good Skilled Tech Care!!

The practitioner was very professional. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with respect. I was told what was to be expected on my part...follow ups and consults. If I had any other questions, I was told to contact her.

They were very courteous

Everyone one was so nice and friendly and so easy to talk to. They even called me and offered for me to come one hour before my scheduled appointment.

She was very thorough explaining the procedure and aftercare and even notified me where I could to go to get my leg supports and that she would be following up with me after filing the insurance for the procedure.

Had a great visit and a appointment for a test exam was made. Treatment of me by entire staff was wonderful

This was my 4th treatment on my legs. PC Kristen Wright did my treatment. As always, she was excellent. I appreciate her expertise. She is very good at her job. She discussed with me other options that might be needed in the future care of my veins in my legs. Very thorough! After the treatment, Jackie helped with getting those dang support stockings on. I very much appreciated this as my arthritis in my hands makes that job impossible. I really love this location of Novant Health as it is close to where I live.
