I finally found someone I can trust and talk to about my medical issues.

Front desk staff, Christy, James & lab staff are all the best. When James & I are talking he looks at me, not the computer & I know he is really listening to what I say. The lab staff are great because my veins are hard to find & they are very good at dealing with that issue.

I’ve never been to the facility that I was not treated with respect and My needs was taken care of with respect and knowledge. I would recommend it to Everybody.

When I tell you, James was head on, he was phenomenal. I was so excited about my appointment. I called my mother my sister and I’ll just like everyone know. I had a wonderful experience and that he is a wonderful and a great provider. He understands your needs and your visit is personalized visit to you he even think about stuff you don’t even be thinking about you be like what I never thought about it. James should be the face of Novants PCP’s. He delivers care so naturally and respectfully. I trust him with all of my healthcare needs, completely. He, is simply, the best healthcare provider I have e er had.
