Heather was extremely attentive to my pain and listened to my concerns.

It was very satisfying

I saw Nurse Practitioner Heather. She was so personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. She spent a good bit of time with me and answered all of my questions and some that I didn’t even know I had! I will definitely be scheduling with her again.

Worst Dr ever not sure I will be back Coming to Novant 50 years

Went in for a Routine physical exam did not check me for all the things that is supposed to be included in the physical and exam really did not listen to many of my other problems other than weight loss that was all

She was very friendly, concerned about my issues and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with her.

I enjoyed my appointment the provider took her time and let me unload( talk) I probably talked too long and too much, but I needed that.Thank you. She was so pleasant, professional and personable at the same time & knowledgeable also.

Since I couldn’t get through by phone, I walked in to the office, but was told they didn’t do walk ins, but the receptionist was able to get someone on duty to take me in since it was not busy. I was very appreciative that I could be worked in . Thanks to everyone.

I immediately was sort of forced to make a wellness appointment because I asked her other questions. It’s ok I needed to and made appointment with an md doctor.

Dr. Kannan, her NP, and all supporting staff are knowledgeable, supportive and courteous.

The treatment was horrible. The doctor had an attitude and my son was barely treated. He complained of a hurt knee and rather than suggesting any type of tests or treatments the doctor dismissed us.

NP and Med Asst were very caring, understanding , and responsive. (Dr not in so made appt with N P).

Everyone was so nice to us. We loved Dr. Heather??.
