Our experience was fine. Specific to us individually, no, but I wouldn’t have expected it to be. That would’ve seemed odd. Our Doc was fun and everything is good. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr Williams is always friendly, willing to listen, and include both our daughter and us in the planning of her care/treatment.

As a nurse myself I would like to mention how smoothly my son’s appointment went. From the moment we stepped in the check in process was quick, the girl who took vitals was great, the medical assistant taking my sons history was great, the provider was awesome and the LPN who discharged us was awesome . Everything ran so smooth . Super impressed !!

We absolutely love Dr. Williams. I wouldn't want to see anyone else ever. He has a great relationship with both of my boys and always speaks to them respectfully and graciously. I appreciate him and his care

My provider showed my son alot of respect and told him what was what on his age level.

Highest form of care at all times. Saw to all needs, answered any questions and saw to concerns. Gave full summaries of their health. Always saw to comfort as well.

I accidentally came a day early for my daughter's appointment, which is a one hour drive. The staff were so accommodating and were able to work me in that day.

This is the first time we were rushed out of the room after his scope. He wasn't even fully awake before the nurse had him get dressed and sent me to get my car. It was odd and I assumed they were busy that day

We love Dr. Williams on he treats his patients and how he always listens to my concerns. I wish I can stay his patient forever.

Dr Williams is great and we have only had good experiences with him. The reason I rated some aspects of the visit as lower have to do with the appointment scheduling. Somehow the office cancelled my daughter's appointment without notifying us. She had two appointments scheduled, and I canceled the sooner appointment via text message. Somehow both appointments got canceled and I didn't find out until I called the day of the appointment after I'd already taken off work to take my daughter there. So we rescheduled her appointment for two days later. We show up to that appointment to find out they had rescheduled that appointment and didn't notify us. They did go out of their way to fit her in, as my husband had taken off work and gotten my daughter out of school and was present at the office for what we thought was her appointment. Only 1 person out of 3 at the front desk knew how to use their new scheduling process. They did fit her in after we waited for 30 minutes. We appreciated being squeezed in but also feel like that much was owed to us after all of the issues. In any event, the doctor has been very helpful but the scheduling system is problematic.

The only complaint is that the doc took a while to come in. He was out there talking personal stuff w another staff member
