Dr. Jarvis was very thorough, informative and took the time to listen to me. He also called me on a Friday afternoon to give me test results so I wouldn't worry over the weekend. I really appreciated that. Great bedside manner!

Initially, I felt like a number - until I met Dr. Jarvis - that was going thru the "motion" like a ferris wheel. Minutes after meeting Dr. Jarvis my husband and I knew the wait for an appointment, the long drive and anxiety of "another" professional suddenly became a positive move in a medical health struggle. We felt his exam was accurate/descriptive and certainly in the best interest of me, his new 68 year old female patient, whom has been healthy and athletic until recently. My husband and I trust Dr. Jarvis, appreciate his bedside manner, sense his dedication and extraordinary knowledge and feel strongly influenced following his care/orders. We have another appointment tomorrow .. We anxiously look forward to the procedure tomorrow producing results. My husband and I strongly trust Dr. Jarvis in the care, treatment and prognosis of my health struggle causing the inability of participation in athletics and enjoyment of daily life.

The front office staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Jarvis. He was warm, friendly, easygoing, but also incredibly informed and informative. He explained my condition in a way I could easily understand. He also explained all treatment options and realistic outcomes for each. I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Jarvis, look forward to future appointments, and would highly recommend him to any patient with an orthopedic condition that requires a high degree of surgical professionalism.

Was greeted with a smile upon checking in and Dr Jarvis and his PA went over my options for treatment and took the time to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend Dr Jarvis and his staff!

I really like going to my appointments with Dr. Jarvis and his team. I always feel good when I talk to them and they listen and explain to me what is my problem coming from and what we need to do for treatment. I feel they really listen and know what they are talking about.

My appointment was at 8:45am. The nurse did not call me to the back until 9:58am. I checked with the front desk at 9:10am and was told the doctor was behind 20 minutes. That was a lie. I spoke with other patients of the same doctor who came in after me. They went to the back before me. I went back to the front desk and requested to speak with the office manager. He did not come to speak with me until I told the nurse in the exam room. By this time it was 10:10am. I was very upset. He just made excuses. They need to schedule appointments appropriately. I got to the appoint at 8:30am. I was told to be 15 minutes early

The whole Orthopedic team was wonderful, from the office team, scheduling, the nurses, the PA and the Doctor. All these folks were terrific, just friendly, informative, caring, communicative, and clearly all were passionate about their craft. The facility is also beautiful . Thank you!

Best experience I’ve had with a medical facility.

Throrough, assessed and explained likely diagnoses and treatments. Facilitated contact to pain management and offered follow-up as needed.

Nurses and pt and ot.were very.. attentive. And professional.

Did not have an opportunity to see the MD on this occasion but the PA was very thorough. Regret that I had to pay a second copay because the first provider couldn't address the procedure I needed

I couldn't have asked to be treated any better! Everyone was very kind and nice.

Jody, the PA, was fantastic. She did a full assessment and talked to me about everything. The doctor was awesome. He answered all my questions patiently and honestly. The staff in the office were friendly and helpful.

Dr. Barnes is a wonderful physician that is extremely knowledgeable and cares. She has a lovely bedside manner and I feel seen and heard in her presence. I am blessed to have her as my doctor.

My experience was outstanding everyone was so caring. Dr Jarvis explained in detail what was best for me at this time. I’m so relieved what he suggest is working. I trust him with my well being. His assistant was outstanding she went over everything. She pulled up the r rays showed me what was happening. His staff was so nice from the front desk to the nurse that had a wheelchair waiting for me.
