First time I was in the office felt very welcome. I felt like the doctor took her time and whenever all my problems, their nurse was extra special, making me feel relaxed, very pleased.

Great team, I got appointment very soon and they helped with everything !

That was the first time I have met Janet Featherstone in person. She has done quite a few tests for me after my first PC is no longer with them. She seems very friendly and is comfortable to talk to.. She seems very detailed and through with things This being the first time I’ve met her in person, I will reserve my opinion until I know her better.

The older I get, the more nervous I get about check-ups, probably because I know that there's more that can go wrong with age. I was very nervous for this appointment. Dr. Featherstone was more than I could have hoped for. As soon as she entered the exam room, Dr. Featherstone greeted me with a genuine smile, reach out her hand, and introduced herself. Upon sitting Dr. Featherstone reassured me that she is up-to-date with my chart, but she would like to speak with me just to become more familiar with my medical past & present (not verbatim). Dr. Featherstone gave a thorough exam; the entire time explaining her thoughts and plan of treatment. I trust Dr. Featherstone with my on-going medical care.

It is hard to get appointments and when you do they can be a month or month and a half out. Every time I go they take blood and I feel rushed in and rushed out

I want this provider to take care of me completely and I trust them with my health. They are the greatest. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very caring and nice

I was impressed with Dr Featherstone as she listened to me and explained everything in detail. I'd seen so many doctors in the past, whom brushed off my symptoms or didn't pursue any further testing, and Dr Featherstone did not do that. She had already scheduled specific testing before I even asked her to. She listened thoroughly and did not rush me at all. I switched to her hoping to find a permanent doctor who actually helps and figures things out. She seems like she will be that doctor who can do that. I told her in the office I was impressed with her, and happy that I was not only heard, but understood. I felt the atmosphere there was relaxing and I actually can't wait to go back for continued care.
