Dr Bennett was very condescending and cut me off multiple times when I was speaking and asking questions. He suggested I look on the internet when I asked him specific questions about my condition. I told him I don't always trust the internet and he said "well, just type in a place you trust". I came to the appointment for a professional opinion and expertise, yet all I got was short condescending answers and a feeling like I was stupid for not knowing the answers to my questions. Not worth my $40 copay. If I could ask for a refund I would.

Dr. Bennett was very relatable and funny, and kept the whole visit light and happy. He also carefully chose his words so the kids didn’t catch on to some of the more adult things he had to talk to us parents about, because of the nature of the visit. I think we all laughed ourselves silly, but also left feeling confident and happy in the care we’d been in. Definitely recommend.

Even though it was a "routine" visit, it was urgent as I had blood in my urine and Dr Bennett got right on it and saw me as soon as the results of the tests were available. He has been my urologist well before he joined Novant, over 15 years.
