Dr Pinder saw my daughter as a walk in on an urgent care visit. We were treated with minimal wait time. Dr Pinder is our regular Pediatrician. She took the time to follow up on my daughter's regular health concerns while attending to our urgent issues. We did not feel rushed with any staff member, from check in thru nursing to Physicians visit. Out treatment was through and we left with a treatment plan that had my daughter feeling better. Thanks Dr Pinder and Novant.

Dr Pinder ( and everyone at Robinhood Pediatrics) is wonderful! Our kids are always excited to come for check ups! Dr Pinder has been our kids primary doctor since they were born. Our oldest is now 8, and she has been amazing at speaking to them at an age appropriate-level and adjusting it as they grow and understand more. She always asks the kids for consent before she examines them and explains what she is checking and why. We are so grateful for Dr Pinder!

As always, Dr Pinder was wonderful! Our 4yr old was seen in the AM with strep throat. We were worried he passed it to his sister and Dr Pinder got her in within a couple of hours to see access. She is great and patient with the kids and explained everything she was checking, why, and what the plan was to our 7yr old in a way she could understand. Our kids love Dr Pinder so much, sometimes it seems they exaggerate symptoms just to go visit her!

Our kids incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Pinder as their pediatrician. She is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and caring, and we never (in 16+ years) felt 'rushed' in any way, as she always answers all of our questions. As always, this was a great visit!
