This was my first visit at this office and it was outstanding. All the staff was very nice and Dr. Chase came in and from the beginning made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.

Doctor didn't take enough time with me considering it was my first visit and I feel my issues are complex and ruining my life. I felt he has a cookie cutter approach and didn't see me as an individual. Didn't seem to be up on the latest research on my condition, especially since he's a specialist. Didn't take time to discuss my condition, my concerns, and future treatment options. I left feeling disappointed and discouraged.

He's always had a wonderful bedside manner and makes me feel at ease. He treats me with kindness always. He never rushes through an appointment and I always feel heard when discussing any issues I've experienced over the years. I've highly recommended him and Glen Meade over the years.
