They put me at ease immediately. He was as great as my primary doctor had told me he was. He explained what was going to happen and why. After the initial exam, explained everything in full. Doctor didn't take enough time with me considering it was my first visit and I feel my issues are complex and ruining my life. I felt he has a cookie cutter approach and didn't see me as an individual. Didn't seem to be up on the latest research on my condition, especially since he's a specialist. Didn't take time to discuss my condition, my concerns, and future treatment options. I left feeling disappointed and discouraged.

He's always had a wonderful bedside manner and makes me feel at ease. He treats me with kindness always.
