Dr Chase was fantastic. Listened to all my current concerns, throughly interested in my extensive medical background (not related to why I seeing him) He explained my treatment options (all new). I felt that he had my individual heath care going forward of importance instead of previous physicians who just gave me pills that didn’t work. I’m looking forward to working with Dr. Chase & staff in the next couple months/years ?

When the scheduler called, she told me there had been a cancellation for the next week, which is unusual, or I could take the next available date in a month. I wasn't prepared to take the earliest appointment, as I'd just returned to work after being on vacation. I scheduled the appointment for November 20th. My husband and friends urged me to take the earlier surgery date. I questioned whether or not there was an urgent need for surgery while my ROMA test was pending. I emailed the scheduler but was not expecting a call until the next day. She called me right away. She was very empathetic and reassured me about my choice - if the surgeon felt there was an urgent need for surgery, he would have noted to schedule sooner rather than later. If my ROMA test were abnormal, he'd contact me if surgery was needed sooner. I felt so much at peace after talking with her. I am a registered nurse and have worked in healthcare since 1980, so I'm familiar with how patients should be treated. Jennifer Teel was very understanding and helpful. I to my ROMA test results today and they are normal!!

Dr Chase is the best doctor I’ve ever had . I’ve been a patient of his for about 25 years. I recommend him to everyone I can . He is attentive and kind and listens very well .

This was my first visit, with Dr. Chase, I was nervous, when I walked in the front door your ladies up front were so nice and helpful. I met my nurse, then my doctor for the first time. They put me at ease immediately. He was as great as my primary doctor had told me he was. He explained what was going to happen and why. After the initial exam, explained everything in full. I couldn’t ask for a better first visit. I would encourage anyone who needed his services to not hesitate to go to Dr. Chase.

This was my first visit at this office and it was outstanding. All the staff was very nice and Dr. Chase came in and from the beginning made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.

I have been going to this facility for over 40 years I started out with the first provider my best provider has retired but Dr Chase is an awesome doctor. He kept me informed with everything he was going to do I highly very highly recommend this facility to any female needing their assistance I am almost 70 years old now it started out with this group when I was very very young and I have no plans on ever leaving them they may leave me but I'm not leaving them please keep up the good work and thank you so much for your help.

Love everything about the office and Dr Chase!

Doctor didn't take enough time with me considering it was my first visit and I feel my issues are complex and ruining my life. I felt he has a cookie cutter approach and didn't see me as an individual. Didn't seem to be up on the latest research on my condition, especially since he's a specialist. Didn't take time to discuss my condition, my concerns, and future treatment options. I left feeling disappointed and discouraged.
