Dr Edel has been my Dr since I was a teenager. I followed him from SPFP. He found my grandmother's cancer years ago and made sure she got the appropriate treatment up until she passed. I trust him with my health and he has always took the time to listen to me and help me out any way he could. Staff is amazing and friendly and you can feel positive vibes. I needed this appointment earlier than normal one because I had just finished radiation treatments and I only wanted Dr Edel because he is my PCP to tend to me and he had a cancelation to were he could see me. I am very partial to his care and advice, I trust him with my health and as we suspected my fistula might need tending to because Dr Edel pointed out something. So now I have an appointment with heart and vascular tomorrow at 9 am.

I never have to wait like I do at other doctors. Dr Edel and his staff respect their patient’s time and I really appreciate that.

The front desk persons aren't as personal as they were on Remont. A guy was behind me waiting to be checked in when I sat down. The front desk lady didn't acknowledge him until she finished a conversation with an IT guy, I believe he was. I felt bad for him. It wasn't a long time but that's just not how it should be.

The doctor was very nice best guy I’ve ever dealt with the doctor. The lady who took blood not so much. At the beginning she was asking questions with her mask on and I couldn’t hear so I politely asked to repeat she then got an attitude and stopped asking questions. She proceed to take my blood. The second she started I knew something was right after second tube I asked her to stop then she said we are almost done and then half way through 3rd one I passed out after I told her stop multiple times. Very scary experience. She was doing something wrong. Went to the hospital and there was no problems no pain taking blood. Will never do blood testing again through you guys. Will always go to someone who cares and knows something more than nothing next time.
