Ms. Gilliam is great we trust her medical life because she shows interest in us she always explains step by step and always ask if you understand if not she explains it again we trust her knowledge and she has a pleasing personality.

I don’t know why there can’t be something done about the discharge situation! I know that everyone has a job to do but there shouldn’t take two to three hours to be discharged from this facility!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PERSONNEL

I was extremely happy withy appointment, I was treated very well. I felt listened to and cared about. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand. My questions were answered, and she was very careful with examining me. Also, I was given a phone that afternoon with the results of a test that was done. I also received a follow up phone the next day, by this provider to tell me, what next steps would be and what to expect. I was extremely pleased with this visit, as I always am with this office and the providers I see in this office.

Annette Gilliam NP, was amazing and very knowledgeable. I felt safe and I knew I was going to be taken care of. She is an amazing listener and she addressed every concern I had. She has such an amazing bedside manner and I appreciated it so much. Her nurses were very kind as well and had very high levels and as being a nurse myself, I appreciated them as well. I had a great experience from the time I came into the building until I left. This office deserves to be recognized for their dedication and commitment to there patients and the surrounding community. They truly embody what a medical facility should be.

Karen has always been very attentive to my urgent health issues. She takes her time and explains in full detail the planned solution.
