Dr Roy Is unusually caring, interested and concerned about my situation. He listens intently, gently explains and/or answers questions. He sets a high standard for all physicians in his ability to be attentive and give the patient all the time and assistance needed without seeming to be hurried, even though his schedule is crammed full. Few physicians give the attentive care that he does.

I have visited Dr. Roy in the past and have and will continue to highly recommend him to anyone with spine/neurological issues. He did a physical examine and showed me my MRI results and explained everything in them and treatment options that might help. He ordered appts with other Healthcare providers. Those providers contacted me that same day and set up appts. EXCEPTIONAL patient care!

I have seen many doctors in my life. I have to say Dr. Roy is the best doctor I have met yet. He is professional and kind and actually takes the time to listen to you and answer your questions. I tell everyone about him and am so grateful I found him to help me with my back and neck.

Dr. Roy was very patient with us, calmed our fears about surgery and explained so we could understand the surgery and why it was needed. He didn't hurry us and seemed to value our questions and comments.

Dr Roy and his staff, especially Miranda do a fabulous job of making me feel comfortable! Miranda ensures that the information on record is accurate. She answers my questions and offers advice on how to use MyChart to make updates. I trust Dr Roy. He is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I am confident in Dr Roy’s expertise should I need surgery or future care.

Dr. Roy is in high demand because of his reputation and dependability. He is trusted and people feel he will be worth the wait, but it is so very hard when our body is in horrible, horrible pain and we don't know how we can endure it so many months. Salisbury needs to bring in another excellent neurosurgeon for an area this large. I am trying hard to keeping on a miracle.

Great experience from when I walked through the doors until I walked out. Receptionist was friendly and personable. The doctor and PA were both very knowledgeable about my situation, listened to me and made a plan for helping through my back issues. I left the office very pleased.

Dr Roy is very friendly. Explains everything carefully with details as much as I wanted him to. But doesn't waste time with chit chat off topic. He clearly explains the steps needed to be taken to insure that the insurance company will have all necessary information to be able to approve his recommended treatment.

This was my first visit with Dr Roy, I feel I am very fortunate to be able to visit and speak to him about my problem. He explained to me everything in detail and answered all my questions. Dr. Roy was amazing. His staff also was amazing. They were helpful in my getting a wheelchair and coming to get it out front. I loved Dr Roy. Dr Roy was very thorough & explained everything to me in terms I could understand.

Dr Roy and his whole team are wonderful. He has performed surgery on me twice. I definitely recommend him. Rhonda is great too. Dr Roy gives you an honest assessment and definitely will not do surgery just to be doing surgery. He told my husband that he could not help him when he went to see him as his back issues were arthritis in nature and would not he improved with surgery. I highly suggest seeing him if you have back issues.

Dr. Roy has completed previous surgeries on me due to back issues related to a broken back. I have always found him to be very professional, courteous and informative. He always explains every detail and takes time to go over any MRI’s or previous test I have had. He is calm and thorough. It is evident that he is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Roy is the finest physician I’ve ever used. None are more thorough, more dedicated, more compassionate, more knowledgeable, or greater perfectionist. My wife has had I believe 7 surgeries by him and I one, and results are remarkable. From the time he makes the incision to the last closing stitch the work is perfect. If insurance didn’t accept him, we’d pay cash out of pocket.
