Dr. Roy was excellent in his demeanor and the information he provided. Very caring and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Roy explain everything clearly so you can understand and what he will be doing and what to expect and there was no pressure, it was my decision and what will happen if I decided to wait. He showed concern for his patients and wanted to help them. I would recommend him to anyone that’s having back trouble.

Very professional

Dr Roy is very friendly. Explains everything carefully with details as much as I wanted him to. But doesn't waste time with chit chat off topic. He clearly explains the steps needed to be taken to insure that the insurance company will have all necessary information to be able to approve his recommended treatment.

This was my first visit with Dr Roy, I feel I am very fortunate to be able to visit and speak to him about my problem. He explained to me everything in detail and answered all my questions. I am still in the process of finalizing the date for my surgery but I feel confident that, with God’s help, Dr Roy is going to do a real good job!

Dr. Roy was amazing. His staff also was amazing. They were helpful in my getting a wheelchair and coming to get it out front. I loved Dr Roy. I just hope my insurance will approve my surgery and I know when it does, that the Dr will fix me right up and my pain will be gone. Thank you Dr Roy and your wonderful staff.

Dr Roy was very thorough & explained everything to me in terms I could understand.

Dr Roy and his whole team are wonderful. He has performed surgery on me twice. I definitely recommend him. Rhonda is great too. Dr Roy gives you an honest assessment and definitely will not do surgery just to be doing surgery. He told my husband that he could not help him when he went to see him as his back issues were arthritis in nature and would not he improved with surgery. I highly suggest seeing him if you have back issues.

Dr. Roy has completed previous surgeries on me due to back issues related to a broken back. I have always found him to be very professional, courteous and informative. He always explains every detail and takes time to go over any MRI’s or previous test I have had. He is calm and thorough. It is evident that he is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Roy is the finest physician I’ve ever used. None are more thorough, more dedicated, more compassionate, more knowledgeable, or greater perfectionist. My wife has had I believe 7 surgeries by him and I one, and results are remarkable. From the time he makes the incision to the last closing stitch the work is perfect. If insurance didn’t accept him, we’d pay cash out of pocket.

Dr. Roy is excellent!!!

I have known Dr Roy for 21 years. I 2003 he went above and beyond to get the medical treatment I needed. I told him my supervisor would not give me time off for an MRI or an office visit. He got my supervisors number and called him to explain the severity of my case. I had a spinal fusion. Since that surgery, Dr. Roy has performed a total of 6 surgeries for my degenerative disc disease. I have an upcoming surgery on April 15th. Even though we live in Virginia, we travel 2-1/2 to 3 hours per visit to see Dr, Roy. He is an excellent doctor with the most sincere bedside manner. He is so very knowledgeable about my condition, I couldn't ever trust anyone else with my spinal health care. We Love Dr. Roy and have the utmost respect for him as a surgeon and a human being.

De Roy and his entire staff are very gracious and kind. They have taken very good care of me.

Dr Roy is very good at describing what you are looking at when displaying MRI, CT, and XR to you. Explains why what you are looking at is important for treating your specific problem. Very nice that he takes the time to show you this information rather than just read you the summary from the radiologist.
