Always satisfied with my visits to Dr. Jackson. She is part of my family as I've been going to her about 10 yrs.

Maybe I’m expecting too much from healthcare. My visit consisted of my vitals being taken by the Assistant and then just talking to my provider. Except for the vitals we could have just had a phone conversation.

So prompt and professional no waiting and sitting around to see doctor I was waiting less than 5 minutes unlike other doctor visits I have had elsewhere I love it they are the BEST

A few times I got sick ! Called for an app to see someone. And would get an app 3-or 4 days or a week later. Not good.

I am a new patient. Dr Jackson and her staff took time to get to know me and make sure I left with no questions and a treatment plan. I felt cared for and heard. Kudos to the entire staff. The customer service was wonderful making me feel like the people there wanted to be there to help.

Was not listened to, the provider was not helpful, pawned me off on specialist. This is the second time seeing her and it will be the last. She asks condescending questions and does not seem to care or have the knowledge to help.

Dr. Jackson has been my primary for a long time. I am well pleased with her and the staff.

Dr Jackson was very personable, and showed genuine interest in dealing and explaining my medical concerns. I have recommended her to people I know.

Physician was in and out of exam room in less than 10 minutes. Seemed less personable than other visits with her. Did not explain potential causes for symptoms.

Everyone helped me to feel more comfortable. All of the caretakers and support people were cordial and professional.

My visit was satisfying on many levels. First, the need to seek a new physician after my previous doctor retired. Second, the desire to find quality medical care closer to my home. Third, the opportunity to select that care where all factors, including supporting medical professionals, was more than met. We are so releived to find Dr. Jackson and look forward to great medical care.

Dr Jackson is the best! Her staff at the office is always great too- from the person who checked me in and out and the nurse who roomed me. I have in the last few years changed jobs and my insurance now prefers a different health system but I refuse to leave!

My experience was a pleasure as usual.
