I’ve had many surgeries in my adult life and my knee replacement with Dr. Marcus Cook has been the best Medical experience in my life. The surgery went well, but the aftercare was exceptional! Starting with my stay at Novant hospital to PT at my home and then to the out of home PT. My post op surgeries appts have been exceptional.

So glad Dr Cook has a game plan for my knee with injections being first and was not knife happy in the beginning. He did give me the end result being a knee replacement if the injections don’t work. I am so praying these will work. Already feeling better the next day. Happy with my first visit as a referral by my brother and sister-in-law. Dr Cook did surgery on them and they are well pleased.

Novant is 10 times better than any atrium I ever visited.

I have been to this facility numerous times and have always been treated with respect and feel they have a great understanding of my injury and needs. Everyone from the receptionist to Ryan to Dr Cook are always very yprofessional and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend.

My experience was exceptional. I had a knee problem that needed to be seen and I was given a next day appt, then a next day MRI, and the next day Dr. Cook advised me for surgery to be had within a week. What exceptional care I received. I was given high priority treatment. Thank you to everyone from making the appointments to scheduling the surgery.
