Dr. Winslow is a terrific Heart Dr. and great at answering any questions u might have requiring his care and u leave the office satisfied. So glad he is part of Novak.

When checking in, the person checking you in announces your birthday to make sure it’s is correct. More quietly would be appropriate.

Not only did all the staff at the office all treat me with respect, they were very helpful. For example, I had a problem getting my lab reports to the doctor. After I came home, I had an email that a lab report was ready, so I called, and Dawn at the office contacted me about it and I was able to fax the report to her for the doctor's review. That is going above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend this office and facility.

I really appreciate Dr. Winslow and his co workers. I wish making an appt was not so difficult. I am to see him every 6 months and it is a bit of an ordeal to get an appt.

This was my first appointment with a cardiologist, and I was very pleased with his care and listening to me about my symptoms. I left the appointment feeling less anxious then when I first met with the medical team.

My doctor is experienced nd thorough and answered every question or concern I had in a clear manner. I did not feel he was in a hurry like I sometimes feel with other physicians

Completely professional from front desk to doctor.

The appointment was right on time, the nurse was personable and professional. The doctor was detailed, record my medications and discussed adjusting my meds and dosages answering all my questions. I was very pleased, as I have been in the past with this practitioner.

I'm listened to, made to feel like a friend, not talked down to but educated on how to stay or get healthy.

Dr. Winslow was fabulous. He took time to explain the symptoms and what to do in case of a stroke. He understood our reluctance to add a prescription and gave a compromise!

Wouldnt recommend this provider. Treated me as just a paying patient. Wasnt concerned about my issues and blew them off. Also said for me to brush it under the rug with me having a murmur because its just in babies which is false. Wasnt very respectful by saying a few cuss words

Scheduling is difficult; I need to initiate the appointment request, instead of being called (for routine periodic checkups), and then have difficulty getting onto the schedule

The nurse was rude, hostile, and did not listen. The result of this behavior caused me and two pharmacies staff to waste 2 hours of our time. The doctor and administrative staff were great.
