Austin was very caring and efficient at this visit. I felt my questions were important. They were answered thoroughly.

I have always had very positive experiences with Novant doctors, xray offices, & hospitals. Being from out of town it is truly amazing how different the service is. Novant is always a positive experience. I have had an unpleasant person from the lowest person to the highest dr. I have highly recommended Novant to everyone. I only wish you were in Hickory. The services received between Dr's in Hickory & Novant is so different!

Hadn't seen the doctor's assistant since December, yet he remembered key details that were important to my condition and treatment moving forward. Much better treatment than I have received at other facilities.

Dr Beshears was awesome and had great manner about him

The wait time was very long. I waited 35 minutes in the waiting room and 30 minutes in the exam room.

I loved how everybody worked together. Treated me with happiness compassion. I need doctors that I've gone to throughout the years have just pushed me aside or dismiss me but here I felt valued and they were also fun had personality it was wonderful. It meant so much to me I went left there feeling happy in my soul. They all are so amazing and about brought tears to my eyes. Well actuallyi did. Tears of thankfulness. I wish more doctors and their teams could learn from them it is so important and I was so blessed

Austin is fantastic. In every interaction I've felt as if he connected with me as a person rather than just a patient. He even remembered a discussion we had prior to surgery about my family. He ensured my visit was pain free and I could not have asked for more.
