Service was spectacular from the front desk, to the medical assistant to the MD. This was my first time seeing Dr. Rochester and she was fantabulous! She not only listened to me, she throughly answered my questions and as a bonus, I received a Latin historical lesson on the meaning of my condition. I love everyone at this location and will never go anywhere else

The experience was great and all the staff treated me with empathy and respect. I wish there was better availability so I could have scheduled my appointment not as far out (the earliest appointment for a consult was about a month. Seems excessively far out for a 15 minute consult).

Love Dr. Rochester she is fantastic. She makes you feel listened to. She explains everything and makes you feel super safe and confident in your care. Her staff is wonderful too so glad I found her office.

I was very scared due to 2x history of cancer. Doc/surgeon was very helpful with factual info and a kind demeanor.

The doctor, nurse, and ultrasound specialist treated me with great care. It was an emotional visit for me, and they were kind and patient and helped me through it. I didn’t feel rushed, which was much appreciated. I also appreciated how the doctor told me what was going to happen, told me what was happening during the test, and walked me through results right after.

This is first time I met Dr. Rochester. I was very impressed. She answered all my questions and put me at ease about the endometriosis and upcoming surgery. My sister had passed away from cervical cancer so Dr. Rochester answered all my questions concerning cervical cancer. I feel like she will take excellent care of me when she goes to do the outpatient surgery. She really felt like a friend and she really put me at ease.
