Dr. Winfrey has excellent bedside manners. She is also an effective communicator with patients and asks questions to ensure my understanding. She listens and answers my questions. She listens carefully to my concerns before offering a recommendation and she’s just a kind person. Which seems to be a rarity these days even in the medical profession. Nurse Debbie, the receptionist and lab tech were very nice and attentive to my needs.

This was the first visit with my new PCP, Amanda Winfrey. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have a provider who was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Winfrey not only provided care for my urgent issue, but also listened to me and worked to provide a prescription nasal spray combined with over the counter medications to treat a related issue of chronic rhinitis. Dr. Winfrey did not rush; I felt respected and heard. After one visit, I feel confident that I have a doctor who I can trust with my care.

She goes over and beyond with the care she provides her patients by taking time to review records from other care providers so that she knows what has happened with my medical history since our last visit, and by listening well and providing thoughtful medical care. Dr Winfrey was very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and took the time to thoroughly go over my medical history. She listened intently to my concerns. I feel very lucky that Dr. Winfrey is my Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Amanda Winfrey is a wonderful doctor. She listens and she doesn't make me feel like she is in a hurry to get to the next patient.

Dr Winfrey is the best doctor I’ve had in 68 years. She has superior listening skills and makes sure she has a good understanding of your medical issues. She stays up to date by continually reading research and medical journals. My husband also sees Dr Winfrey and avoided visiting doctors for years. She saved his life by putting him in touch with all the right specialties for his heart, cancer diagnosis, and COPD diagnosis. He wouldn’t be alive and thriving today if not for her advice. We trust her.
