I think this was the second time I’ve been to Dr Shearer for an urgent care visit and he is a really great doctor. He listens, is very kind and explains things. His nurse was also fantastic!

Dr Scherer was very kind and knowledgeable. His nurse was extremely kind-Her name was Jada. Moving from out of town, I am glad that I was referred to him.

After seeing Dr. Wong for 20 years, I was concerned with how Dr. Scherer would be, especially with recommendations previously made by Dr. Wong. He was very attentive, agreed with previous recommendations as well as providing additional ones. I'm glad I chose Dr. Scherer and look forward to him being my doctor for years to come.

Dr. Scherer examined my left hip and leg- I just had my hip replaced 8/14… he noticed it was red and inflamed- he prescribed antibiotics, suggested I call Ortho- he may have headed off infection…I’m very grateful

This appointment was an initial meeting w/ a new PC physician due to my previous PC relocating to another state. Despite my apprehension of having to start over with an unfamiliar care provider, I was pleased with this first encounter. The Doctor was pleasant, asked relevant questions regarding my medical issues and provided recommendations that would ensure that I received all treatments for continuing good health. I had a good experience. I scheduled for my Annual Wellness visit. Dr Scherer was very thorough with checking to make sure I was scheduling annual wellness visits that will keep my health in check. I complained of pain and he directed me to the Referral Dept to set up appt with a Podiatrist and called in a script for the pain I was experiencing abd the staff was very friendly and courteous so I was very satisfied with my visit.

1st visit with Dr. Scherer, he had reviewed notes on my file and was well prepared for my visit. He listened and provided thorough examination. He answered all my questions and provided all necessary information.

I have never met a more rude, inconsiderate, arrogant, thoughtless, doctor in my 81 years AND he treated my daughter with pretty much the same disrespect. He referred me somewhere without my knowledge or discussing it with me at all 1st. He basically said "I don't do xxxx" and if you don't like it you can go elsewhere. Offered no alternatives, options, recommendations etc. Well good news! The practice has lightened its load by 2 people in one day! Congratulations!

I was told a prescription would be sent to the Medicaid provider for a transport wheelchair while we were there. Two days later when I called the provider no prescription had been received. My wife called you again today to get the referral sent to the provider. Still no wheelchair that is much needed.
