Always the friendliest staff. They all seem to work well together. Dr South is professional and a great listener.

Punctual, little wait time for provider. She did seem a little rushed but completed exam efficiently.

I felt like the nurse and doctor South were very rushed and a matter of fact. Neither one of them made eye contact very much at all and were not personable. I did get the treatment I needed, but their bedside manners left a lot to be desired.

Dr. South always listens to our concerns, addresses them, explains what is happening and decides the best course of action. She is an excellent doctor and my husband and I both feel very blessed to have her as our primary doctor.

I had never seen Dr South before. I found her to be friendly, caring, attentive, and gentle with my knee. She had not wirked with the nurse on duty before and made very positive comments about her quick and efficient work. Dr South warned about how the shot would feel, asked me to keep her informed of what it felt like as she administered the injection, and helped me move around afterwards to allow the steroid to move around for more complete application inside the knee. The blood work on the same day for a future appointment with Dr Ott was flawless. A little stick, one, two, three, and done. Staff was friendly and contented in her job.

Yes! I had great experience with the nurse when first got there! Then i had a experience with Dr. South she was always listen and take care of her paticene and i greatly for her! I once acted out my charcter due to company that did not care to help 28 year associate, but Dr. South did everything she could as a physician and i thank her for that!!!
