Nurse Practitioner, Boonpon Thongteum gave me time to talk and showed me on device where my heart function is now so improved, almost normal! He was very caring and open to my questions and comments. He gave me his card for contacting him if I have further questions or concerns. I came away feeling satisfied.

This appointment was made without any input from me. The first I knew about it was the text I received 3 days before. It isn’t always easy to make arrangements to miss work in that time frame
