This group is very good at listening, reacting to needs and proactively working for solutions. They are very good at making you feel comfortable cared for in what is a bad situation (cardiac issues)

He’s always so friendly and personable. All other staff, pacemaker staff and receptionist are always patient friendly! I trust this facility with my whole heart, literally!!

Nurse Practitioner, Boonpon Thongteum gave me time to talk and showed me on device where my heart function is now so improved, almost normal! He was very caring and open to my questions and comments. He gave me his card for contacting him if I have further questions or concerns. I came away feeling satisfied.

Boon took the time to pull statistics for me to see the risks and markers needed to go back on blood thinners rather than trying the cpap ( along with some lifestyle changes), so I could feel good about our agreed upon treatment plan regarding my Afib.
