I had seen several other doctors through Carilion, but none took the time to listen to my concerns. There was never a plan of care given or even discussed with me. It was like I wasn't important. This visit was awesome. 10 out of 10

NATE MCGRAHTY is very attentive to me. He is caring and compassionate. I do not feel rushed at his visit. He treats me as a person not a number on a chart. He is the reason I come to this practice.

It was good and the wait was short

All staff that I came into contact were really nice and took time to answer a few questions I had. They answered my questions in a way that showed me I was not a bother to them with questions they probably are asked time after time.

Dr. McGathney was the best he made me & my wife feel so much better he explained things I didn't understand he talked to us so we would understand & took time with us didn't rush us out. If all doctors could be this way our medical field would be 100% better. Please acknowledge the great job that this Dr did. He is highly recommended & we have already started passing his name around. The whole facility was nice each nurse & even the receptionist seemed to like their job not hate it like most places. I just can't say enough good about my visit and especially the Dr he is truly a blessing for your company
