The provider Eileen and her medical assistant are very kind and courteous. Eileen is compassionate and listened to all of my questions/ concerns and is very patient.

Eileen was great. I was very apprehensive about seeing someone knew. She listened to my concerns, made me feel at ease and informed. Comfort is key with medical staff and I would definitely recommend her! Alex was also great with my injection. She was quick and I didnt feel a thing. Check in and out was a breeze as well.

Every visit I have had so far has been reassuring and fantastic as a new mother who has never experienced these type of appointments it is special that they treat me with such care and gentleness. They are greatly appreciated. I would also like to say the gentlemen who drew my blood on that day was amazing! From someone who is terrified of needles he was quick and I never felt any pain or discomfort.

Very professional and I did not feel uncomfortable. Love this facility and everyone I have seen and met are amazing!

I did have to wait over 35 minutes in the lobby. When the nurse came to get me she did apologize and inform me that they were running behind. I don’t feel like the wait was terribly long and I appreciated being offered a drink while I waited. Despite the wait, I did not feel rushed when the provider did come in to see me and I had all my questions answered. I was going through a miscarriage and she was very compassionate when explaining what next steps would be. It caught me off guard (in a good way) when she took the time to ask me how I was doing. Something about that moment was healing for me.

I like that the doctor didn’t rush me and she listen to me . Doctor was very kind. The nurse that assisted was very kind.

The nurse practitioner Eileen is amazing. She did a great job. She was very nice and understanding my consent and issue. she made my appointment go smoothly and quickly without pain.
