I was new to the office never been before. I was hoping to have more guidance and instruction then I got.

Very professional and I did not feel uncomfortable. Love this facility and everyone I have seen and met are amazing!

I did have to wait over 35 minutes in the lobby. When the nurse came to get me she did apologize and inform me that they were running behind. I don’t feel like the wait was terribly long and I appreciated being offered a drink while I waited. Despite the wait, I did not feel rushed when the provider did come in to see me and I had all my questions answered. I was going through a miscarriage and she was very compassionate when explaining what next steps would be. It caught me off guard (in a good way) when she took the time to ask me how I was doing. Something about that moment was healing for me.

I like that the doctor didn’t rush me and she listen to me . Doctor was very kind. The nurse that assisted was very kind.

Everyone was kind and made me feel very comfortable. There was very little wait time. The experience quick and painless.

The nurse practitioner Eileen is amazing. She did a great job. She was very nice and understanding my consent and issue. she made my appointment go smoothly and quickly without pain.

I have an excellent team of medical professionals, and I feel really cared for.
